 General movement of biological molecules(kinesin, Janus particles )* is a linear movement, or seems very slow movement speed.
 We were worried about the motor compensate for this movement.
 As a result, we were thinking about the motor ( such as propellers ) which rotate.
 It looks like a pinwheel ( such as propellers or helicopter ).
 The motor obtains a driving force to the rotation of the strapping.  Janus particle at each end of one DNA Rod motor.
 Janus particle is a much faster response time by the biomolecule in general .
 Put the object we want to move the motor so made ​​were to gain momentum.

  We want to make Magnesium Janus Particle using a power source due to the  hydrogen gas generated from the sea-waters.

  To connect DNA with Mg nanoparticle, the step of depositing the gold particles,  which can be attached thiolated DNA was required. And depositing titanium on    magnesium for easy combination of magnesium and gold particles.

  Originally we want to partially deposited with Titanium(Ti) on the Mg particle, but  coated with Chromium(Cr) instead of Ti. Then we deposited gold (Au) on the  outmost surface. Because we wanted to connect the DNA tube attached thiolated    DNA and Mg Janus Particle, we coated with gold on the outmost surface.

 

 We produce DNA tube for connecting particles(Particle sample1-145.41um, sample2-261.43um).

This DNA tube's length is 60um.

Connect the DNA TUBE with thiol group on the surface of gold.
